When will my order ship?

Order processing typically takes between 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).

Can I return my item(s)?

If you are not satisfied with your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, we will be happy to process an exchange for you or offer a shop credit.

Condition of item(s):

All items must be in like new condition. Tags must be attached with all original packaging. No perfumes, stains, animal hair or other marks. Items returned, not in original condition, will not be accepted. Love Lexi Boutique has the right to reject a return. Items that are not able to be resold will be sent back to you, at your expense.

Can I have a refund issued to my original payment?

Love Lexi Boutique only issues refunds in a form of shop credit. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment.

How do I process a Return?

To initiate a return, email hello@lovelexiboutique.com. Please include your name, order number, what you are returning, and your reason for return.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the expense to send items back to Love Lexi Boutique. Love Lexi Boutique does not cover shipping & handling costs for returns UNLESS the mistake was our fault. We advise getting a tracking number, we are not responsible if your package gets lost or arrives after the 14 day deadline.

Can I make a return past the 14 day period for shop credit?

Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 14 day return policy for shop credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a $6 shipping charge to have the items sent back.

What happens when a return is accepted?

After your item(s) have been inspected, if they meet Love Lexi Boutique guidelines, a shop credit will be initiated.

What happens when a return is rejected?

If your return does not meet Love Lexi Boutique guidelines and you mail it to Love Lexi Boutique, we will not accept your item. The customer (you) is responsible for paying to have the item sent back to you within two weeks.

What item(s) can I not return?

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.

  • All accessories

  • All hats

  • All masks

  • All jewelry

  • All intimates

  • All sale items

    If you return a non-returnable item the item will be disposed of or added to a donation pile. Shop credit will not be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Can you return “Final Sale” item(s)?

    Discounted pieces in the final sale section are not eligible for the return process.

    Can I have a discount code applied after I have placed my order?
    No. All discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout.

    Can I applied more than one discount code at checkout?

    No. Only one discount code can be applied to each order placed at the time of checkout.
